The Carbon Neutral Cities Alliance (CNCA) is a collaboration of leading global cities working to achieve carbon neutrality in the next 10-20 years – the most aggressive GHG reduction targets undertaken anywhere by any city.

CNCA seeks to address GHG and other carbon emissions to achieve carbon neutrality in 10 to 20 years.

CNCA addresses carbon emission reduction and improving city-to-city learning.
Basic aim of the network
CNCA aims to reach carbon neutrality within 10-20 years through reducing emissions. Additionally, CNCA seeks to address the intersection of carbon neutrality and disenfranchised populations.
