Gentrification of areas surrounding regenerated and renaturated urban areas has been shown to contribute to marginalization of certain urban residents. (GREENLULUS project is currently researching this) Can you think of best and/or worst case examples where this concern has been addressed or ignored in the regeneration of disused urban land?
