To what extent are evaluation and assessment frameworks actually used to make cities more sustainable and just? Do city-makers consider their outputs valuable and useful, or are they frequently overlooked in city-making processes? For different types of city-makers (e.g. policy-makers vs. community leaders) are there discrepancies regarding access to and usefulness of evaluation and assessment frameworks?
